Create Your Personalised Zoom Virtual Background

Creating your personalised Zoom background requires a PowerPoint template.

Instructions:

1. Download one of the templates above.
2. Use template on the right of the slide.
3. Keep slogan on left. Insert organizational logo on right.
4. Use screen capture tool to crop out and save template as picture.
5. Upload picture into Zoom.

Notes:

• Colour and font type are official slogan campaign colour and font. Please do not change.
• Make templates in other languages by updating the slogan on the template.
• “Snipe & Sketch” is an example of capture tool for Windows users.
• Please refer to Zoom’s system requirements for virtual background.
