The Asia Pacific Regional Forum on the Human Rights of Older Persons and Ageing will take place on 19th and 20th June in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. With expert presentations and discussions on critical topics—including the rights of older persons, challenges and opportunities arising from ageing, international and regional cooperation—this forum aims to drive meaningful regional action. Ultimately, it will support efforts such as the *Ulaanbaatar Call* for a UN instrument on the rights of older persons, reinforcing the collective commitment to a future where aging is met with dignity, equality, and respect.
Participants will include 100 persons from Mongolia representing government and non-government organisations and international organisations in Mongolia and around 50 international participants. The language will be Mongolian and English (with simultaneous translation). Hybrid participation may be made available for some participants.
