Brief description (including themes or event programme if applicable) | Age International and Age UK are delighted to be hosting this webinar on promoting the rights of older people globally. The event highlights the need to better protect the rights of older people, including by creating a UN convention on the rights of older persons. We hope this event will help raise awareness that older people’s rights are human rights and need protecting no matter where we live.
